Building credit patents, the rules: from 1 October, starting with 30 points
The issue of the “credit card” for the construction sector, introduced by DL 19/2024, represents an important step towards the qualification of companies and self-employed workers. This card, which is necessary to operate on temporary or mobile construction sites, provides for a credit accumulation system ranging from a minimum of 15 to a maximum of 100. Starting from 1 November 2024, it will be mandatory to apply for it through a dedicated portal of the National Labour Inspectorate.
